What is Trophy?
Trophy is a tennis club without the clubhouse. We provide everything a traditional tennis club gives its members: players to hit with, club tournaments and leagues, concierge services, member-only events and more. We don't have any facilities, so we play wherever you play.
Our matches are played on neighborhood courts, public courts, or whatever court makes sense for you and your opponent. Once you provide a court and your availability, Trophy will find you compatible players, coordinate the match, and bring it back to you for final approval.
What's in the club?
Club membership connects you to the people, competition and tools that keep you playing.
- Players
- — People around your level who actually fit your schedule.
- Competition
- — Flexible tournaments and leagues running throughout the year.
- Coach
- — Your club concierge for finding players, scheduling matches and organizing play.
- Your record
- — Every result, rating, opponent and head-to-head in one place.
- Community
- — Friends, groups, messages and the players you meet along the way.
Play new opponents.
Any coach will tell you the fastest way to get better is to play different types of players. We make that easy.
Your AI coach finds opponents in your division and at your level, then ranks them by how well your schedules and travel distance overlap. When the right opponent is identified we'll set it up and wait for your approval, put it on your calendar, and then brief you on who you're about to play. All you do is ask and approve.
You can also browse the player directory, filter by level, division, and location, sort by distance, and see at a glance whose availability matches yours. When you find the right opponent, send them a direct challenge!
Play is organized into men's and women's divisions — singles and doubles in each. Trophy currently does not support mixed tennis.
Three people in your division are free Saturday morning.
Kim M. is the closest match — same level, and your Saturdays overlap almost completely. Want me to set it up?

The Trophy Flex Series
A faster way to play competitive tennis.
The Trophy Flex Series is our version of league and tournament play. It's a tournament with no fixed schedule, just a deadline to complete your matches. Trophy Flex Series matches do not wait for seasons, they truly run throughout the entire year.
When you enter a Flex Series, a short intake records where and when you can play. Once we identify 4 compatible players the Flex Series will build. Each of the 5 members in the Flex Series will have 48 hours to approve their spot in the series. Once the series starts, your Coach will compare the availability you shared with each opponent and help coordinate and lock in your matches.
You can message and challenge your opponents directly in Trophy to confirm any specifics or set dates.
Start this week, not next season.
- Traditional leagues
- Seasons open on set dates. Miss registration and you’re on the waitlist until the next one.
- Trophy Flex Series
- Join the queue any day. Once five players who fit are in, matched on level, distance and when you’re free, your series starts.
All four matches open on day one.
- Traditional leagues
- Usually one match a week, arranged by text and email before a weekly cutoff, or you get a default time.
- Trophy Flex Series
- Play them in any order, whenever you’re both free, inside four weeks. Coach shows you the times you share with each opponent.
The top two play one final.
- Traditional leagues
- After the season, a playoff bracket you opt into.
- Trophy Flex Series
- After the deadline, the two top seeds play one match for the title, with an extra week to fit it in. Winner gets the Prize.
Men's and women's, singles and doubles, skill-level, location, all fully independent.
What else is different
Nobody to chase
Your group is built from players whose free times overlap yours, and everyone confirms within 48 hours before it starts. If you try to set up a match and your opponent never answers, it still counts toward your place in the final.
A level that keeps up
Your Trophy Rating moves after every match, not once a season. Sign up too low and it shows within a few matches, and your next group is at your real level.
One price, both formats
$12.99 a month covers a singles series and a doubles series at the same time, plus everything else in the club. There’s no fee per season.
One place for your entire tennis history.
We all have matches scattered across three or four platforms, lost and never looked at again. We think your record is part of your game — so we built an import wizard. Copy, paste, and we take care of the rest. T2, Ultimate Tennis, and USTA.
Your imported matches are visible to other members only if you say so. Once it's imported, you can search and chart your whole history. How often you win the third set. Who you've played more than once. What your record actually is.

Close losses
14 of your last 90 matches were losses decided late (three sets or a 7-5/7-6 set). You're competitive but not closing the key moments.
Late-match fade
You won the first set but lost 4 times and lost 9 three-setters recently — your level may be dropping as matches go long.
A tough matchup
You've lost to D. Whitfield 2 times (L 2-6, 3-6; W 6-0, 6-2; L 2-6, 2-6).

Private notes
Keep private notes on any match or any player. Only you see them. They're also what teaches your coach your game — and your opponents'.
Play wherever makes sense.
Public courts, your court, your opponent's court. When you set up your profile you can add a home court, and we keep a shared directory of the courts members play on around Atlanta. So when a match gets scheduled, you both already know where you're going, how far it is, and what the weather will be at match time.

We're new. We're not pretending otherwise.
We love the sport of tennis. We've been playing other leagues for years. Somewhere along the way we started to believe there's a better way for players to play tennis.
With kids sports, other adult sports, summer, and everything else, it was hard for us to find a league to play in. USTA was on kids sports days and we were either too late or too early for a flex league. Going on Facebook and group chats to find opponents only worked part of the time and the coordination was trying. We wanted to play competitive matches, but couldn't.
So we built Trophy. A tennis club where players can play opponents at their level, when the time makes sense for them, at whatever distance they're willing to drive. Where players could compete in leagues and tournaments that were even more flexible. We believe what you do out there should mean something — that your wins, your losses, and your history should live somewhere and be shared proudly.
We're building the membership now, court by court, level by level, and club by club. The more players who join Trophy, the better it gets. We're just getting started, and we're glad you're with us.

Why choose Trophy?
Cheaper, and all year
A typical flex league is $30–40 for five matches — $6 to $8 every time you step on court. Trophy is $12.99 a month, however much you play. Play four times a month and that's about $3.25 a match.
The same leagues, without the season
The tournament formats you already play, running throughout the year instead of in blocks you have to buy into.

You'll need the founding code you were given.
Before you ask.
The five that come up most. All of them here.
You pick your level when you sign up and that sets your starting number; from there your results take over. Every ranked match moves it, kept separately for singles and doubles. It moves faster while it is still placing you — as much as 32 points from one match — and reads “provisional” until you have played 10 matches against a spread of opponents; beating the same person over and over never settles it. After that it moves in single digits. The bracket stops at 5.0 and the number does not, so the strongest players go on climbing. Any other ratings you hold (USTA, UTR, ALTA, T2, Ultimate Tennis) sit on your profile as context.
You don't wait for a season. T2 and Ultimate Tennis run seasons with fixed start dates and registration deadlines. Here you join the queue any day, and your series starts as soon as 5 compatible players are in, matched on level, distance and the times you're free.
You don't play to a weekly schedule. All 4 of your matches open on the first day, and you play them in any order within 4 weeks. Coach shows you the times you share with each opponent, and you arrange everything in the app instead of by text and email.
Groups are built so people turn up. You're grouped with players whose free times overlap yours, and everyone confirms their place within 48 hours before the series starts. If you try to arrange a match and your opponent never answers, it still counts toward your place in the final.
Your level keeps up with you. Your Trophy Rating moves after every ranked match. It isn't set once a season.
After the deadline the top two play one final for the title. It's all one membership at $12.99 a month, which covers a singles and a doubles series at once and everything else in the club. You can bring your T2 and Ultimate Tennis results with you.
Take a founding spot.
60 days to play three matches and get ten friends onboarded. Finish both and the year is yours.
Finish the three matches and the ten invites and nothing happens for a year — then we'll ask. Fall short on either and your 60 days simply end, and we'll ask then instead. Either way we never hold a card you haven't given us.
